Warm welcome to the official website of the 2020 International Conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering  (ICAME-2020) organized by department of mechanical engineering SATI Vidisha. The Conference will be held in Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (Engineering College) (SATI) Vidisha (M.P.), India during JULY 09-10, 2020. The conference is funded by Technical Education Quality Improvement Program-III (TEQIP-III) of the World Bank.

Samrat Ashok Technological Institute is celebrating its Diamond Jubilee in 2020. Being the pioneer engineering discipline of SATI Vidisha, Department of Mechanical Engineering is organizing two days international conference on the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebration.The theme of the conference is Advances in Mechanical Engineering.

An autonomous premier institute of the region, established by Late Maharaja Jiwaji Rao Scindia on November 1, 1960. The institute offers 6 undergraduate programmes, 8 Postgraduate programmes & Ph.D. Programmes in the areas of Engineering, Science and Management. Institution is also a research centre of State Technical University. The college campus is spread over an area of 85 acres of lush green land with natural surroundings.

All the selected papers will be considered for publication in followings: 
  1. All the paper will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN number. The length of papers must be 6-8 pages.
  2. High quality extended papers [Review type or Research based] on manufacturing, Materials and industrial engineering will be considered for publication in CRC press in the form of book chapter.  The paper length must minimum 15 pages and must pass the plagiarism (15%) test of Turnitin software, and must be having all the necessary copyrights.
  3. Selected and extended Papers on ‘Materials, Manufacturing, Measurement and Precision Engineering’ will be considered for publication after a double-blind peer review in a special issue of the International Journal of Precision Technology (Inderscience publisher). Paper length must be 12-14 pages.

About The Mechanical Department

Mechanical Engineering Department is one of the oldest and well-developed department of the Institute. It has been established in 1960. One UG Programme in Mechanical Engineering, One PG programme in Advanced Production Systems (APS) is run by the department. Department is also running Doctoral Programme (Approved Research Center of Affiliating Universities, Barkatullah University and RGPV -Technological University of MP).It is approved QIP Centre for Doctoral Programme.
UG Programme of the department is Accredited by NBA New Delhi
